0930 hrs. Monday AM Fun Run. Back in the proverbial game after 104 days off. Hammered IT Band kept me sidelined since June, and although it's still not 100%, I had to get back on the road. Stepped out to 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius) and 90% RH. Reminiscent of a sauna. Lithium Mix on the box. Completed the 2.30 miles in 24:58 for a 10:51 min/mile. Slow and Low really doesn't convey just how...sluggish...I felt. Mahalo.
