1800 hrs. 12th Run of the Cycle. The build continues. Summer on the brink. Temp was a warm 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 degrees Celsius) with 50% RH. The air was thick and still. Hit the wall at the third mile, but pushed through. Slow and Low. Nirvana on the Box. Completed the 4.68 miles in 58:13 for a sub-sonic 12:26 min/mile pace. Mahalo.

1800 hrs. 11th run of the cycle. Hit the trail at the appointed hour with the temp a respectable 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 degrees Celsius) with over the top humidity. Slow and Low tempo; sans music. Solid pace in spite of the heat and humidity. Completed the 4.75 miles in 55:23 for an 11:40 min/mile pace. Mahalo

1800 hrs. 10th run of the cycle. 85 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius) with high humidity. The sun was out in full-force this afternoon. Trails were even hot! Hip Hop on the Box. Slowish pace. Completed the 4.70 miles in 56:01 for an 11:55 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
