1830 hrs. 19th run of the cycle. Brutal heat (91 degrees Fahrenheit, 33 degrees Celsius) with the RH hovering around 70%. Like running in a steam sauna. Finished depleted. Post-thunderstorm bliss. The trail was muddy and debris-laden. Punk on the Box. Completed the 4.39 miles in 57:00 for a sub-sonic 12:59 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
