Temp was a manageable 50 degrees (10 degrees Celsius) and misty--cool and overcast--with Jo leading the way. Completed the 4.01 miles in a sub-sonic 42:22 for a 10:33 min/mile pace. Mahalo.

1000 hrs. The 33rd run of the cycle. Cool and Cloudy, Gray and Sunless. Rare concrete and asphalt trek through the neighborhood. Ran with Jo, who can get it done. 90s Playlist on the Box. Temp was a cool 58 degrees Fahrenheit (14 degrees Celsius) and there was no wind or humidity to note. Cool breeze in effect. It was my first non-trail run in over two-years. Trippy. Completed the 3.10 miles in 32:42 for a 10:32 min/mile pace. Mahalo.

1400 hrs. An abridged two and change after taking some time off. Temp was a cool 54 degrees Fahrenheit (12 degrees Celsius). The sun was out and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. Trails were clear and debris-free. Lithium Mix on the Box. Completed the 2.39 miles in a sub-sonic 29:19 for a 12:16 min/mile pace. Mahalo.

1800 hrs. Chill. Perfect Autumn weather. 31st run of the cycle. Temp was 61 degrees Fahrenheit (16 degrees Celsius) with a slight breeze. Broke out the long-sleeves for S and Gs. Lithium Mix on the Box. Completed the 4.43 miles in 54:07 for a 12:13 min/mile pace. Trails were in good shape, but I started later than usual—had to bring it home by the flashlight of my I-phone!
