Trails were soaked from recent rainfall, but it was manageable. Standing water and mud throughout. Lithium Mix on the Box. Completed the 4.62 miles in 54:32 for an 11:48 min/mile pace. Mahalo.

1800 hrs. 3rd run for the cycle. Trail Running Bliss. Grey, overcast skies; drizzle, mud. Cool (60 degrees Fahrenheit, 16 degrees Celsius) with the relative humidity a non-issue. Lithium Mix on the Box. Completed the 4.43 miles in 52:50 for an 11:56 min/mile pace. Mahalo.

1800 hrs. The 2nd run of the cycle. Temp was a pleasant 72 degrees Fahrenheit (22 degrees Celsius) with 60% relative humidity. A beautiful Spring day in North Florida. Beastie Boys on the Box. Completed the 4.00 miles in 48:24 for a 12:04 min/mile pace. Mahalo.

1800 hrs. Nice and easy two-mile trail run through familiar territory. Nirvana on the Box. Temp was cool and manageable. Completed the two-miles in 25:08 for a very pedestrian 12:31 min/mile pace. Felt great getting back on the trail! Mahalo.
