1900 hrs. 30th Run of the Cycle. Dark and Humid. Solid effort. Decent pace after taking a week off. Waiting for the time change and the ability to actually see the trail on the way home. Seattle on the Box—reminiscing about the Old Days. Completed the 4.42 miles in 54:55 for a 12:26 min/mile pace. The trails are in good shape—they’re clearing and cutting vegetation along the fire roads. Good times. Mahalo.

1900 hrs. 29th Run of the Cycle. Unseasonably cool due to Hurricane Ian to our South. The temp was a cool-ish 73 degrees Fahrenheit (23 degrees Celsius) with negligible humidity. A nice, cool breeze for S and Gs. Lithium on the Box. Trails were empty. Slow and Low vibe. Completed the 4.44 miles in 56:02 fore a 12:38 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
