The powers that be put tons of new gravel throughout the West Loop. Not a fan. Who the fuck puts gravel on a nature trail?  Completed the 4.44 miles in 52:28 for an 11:49 min/mile pace. Mahalo.

Reggae on the Box for a nice change of pace. Slow and Low. Hal Higdon Rules. To the baseball fields and return via the East Loop, adding a half-mile to the run. Lithium Mix on the Box. The trails were muddy throughout. Western Loop and a turn around the baseball complex for good measure. Completed the 4.17 miles in 53:52 for a sluggish 12:56 min/mile pace.
