1000 hrs. 34th run of the cycle. Another gray and overcast morning run through familiar territory. Back to the asphalt and concrete jungle. Punk on the Box. Temp was a manageable 50 degrees (10 degrees Celsius) and misty--cool and overcast--with Jo leading the way. Completed the 4.01 miles in a sub-sonic 42:22 for a 10:33 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
