0900 hrs. Ran with Jo for the inaugural 2023 run through familiar territory. Overcast, misty, and cool with the temp a very manageable 60 degrees Fahrenheit (16 degrees Celsius). The marine layer fog from the early AM was burning off; beautiful running weather. Lithium Mix on the Box. A nice and easy five miles on asphalt. I am looking forward to getting back to the trails.  Finished the 5.04 miles in 50:36 for a 10:02 min/mile pace. I reset the cycle on January 1, 2023. The goal for runs completed this year is 150.
