1300 hrs. Saturday Afternoon Bliss. 3rd run of the cycle. A cool 57 degrees Fahrenheit (14 degrees Celsius) with a nice breeze and a cloudless sky. Long-sleeve drip. Single trail to start--cutbacks, wicked elevation changes, roots, uneven terrain, etc. Chill. Tried to make up lost time on the backend. Fruit Salad Mix on the Box. Completed the 4.67 miles in 55:37 for an 11:54 min/mile pace. Per Runkeeper, it was my 543rd fastest four miler. Proud. Mahalo.
