Dawn Patrol. 50 degrees Fahrenheit (10 Celsius) with a brutal South wind. Finished the 4.75 mile campus loop in 47:17 for a 9:57 min/mile average pace. Purposefully taking my time getting back to 20-25 miles per week, as experience has informed my decision-making process. Mahalo.
