0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Post-Rainstorm Bliss. First run of the week. Temperature this morning was an Autumn-like 65 degrees (18 degrees Celsius) with 95% humidity. Completed the "go-to" 3.30 miles in 34:05 for a sub-sonic 10:20 min/mile average pace. Legs were stiff and tired. No "groove" of which to speak. Mahalo.
