0550 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Frozen 30 degrees Fahrenheit (-1 degrees Celsius) with a slight breeze from the South. Slow and Low. Left ankle blues continue. Tight and a bit sore. Completed the 3.31 miles in a sub-sonic 35.00 minutes for a 10:35 min/mile pace. The pace was methodical as I continue to get my legs and lungs back after a month off. Mahalo.
