1900 hrs. 28th Run of the Cycle. Another end-of-summer run through familiar territory. Brutal humidity (80%) and an uncomfortable 92 degrees Fahrenheit (33 degrees Celsius) at kickoff. First Wave on the Box. Kept myself upright this time around. Completed the 4.43 miles in a sub-sonic 56:20 for a 12:44 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
