Dawn Patrol. Back out on the trail after a planned four-day break. Heavy rains and flooding in this area has been off the proverbial chart. Awoke today to Marine Layer Fog and cool temps (55 degrees Fahrenheit, 13 Celsius). Super nice running conditions. Completed the go-to 6.03 mile campus loop in 57:45 for a 9:35 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
