0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. The sporadic, unmotivated pursuit of consistency continues. Temperature was a very pleasant 60 degrees Fahrenheit, 16 degrees Celsius with a nice South breeze. Cool, post-thunderstorm bliss. Felt good in spite of my downtime and inconsistency. Completed the 2.99 miles in 30:46 for a sub-sonic 10:19 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
