0800 hrs. Campus Loop. Extended Route. 34 degrees Fahrenheit (1 degree Celsius) with a strong wind out of the South. Layered up with the go-to dri fits, gloves, and a soft shell for this one. Hit the trail at the appointed time and headed South past the Highway 9 boundary before heading back North through the campus and residential environs. Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Completed the 7.39 miles in 1:13:08 for a 9:54 min/mile average pace. Skipped the mid-week run, so I only finished with eleven miles on two runs. Proud. Mahalo.
