1800 hrs. 18th Run of the Cycle. Warm (88 degrees Fahrenheit, 31 degrees Celsius) with brutal humidity. Completely bonked 3.5 miles into things. Like a blood-letting. Nursed it home in survival mode. The First Wave on the Box. Completed the 4.43 miles in 56:32 for a 12:46 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
