Dawn Patrol. The Rain Song. Light rain throughout the run. Deserted streets. Temps in the low 70s. Another slow and methodical campus run. Finished the 5.69 mile loop in 58.58 in 10.22 min/mile. Chest and Tri on Tuesday AM. Back and Bi on Thursday. Cheers.
