Dawn Patrol. Another mid-week back-to-back. Hot and humid, post-thunderstorm run. The streets were still slick and there were puddles in the low-lying areas. Hit the trail at six bells for an uneventful 4.90 miles around the campus. Finished the loop in 47:24 for a slowish 9:41 min/mile pace. Eight-seconds per mile slower than yesterday's run over the same territory. Spartacus Redux Mix on the box to get me through the rough patches. Lifting on Friday. Ten-miles planned for Saturday.
