0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Awoke to a nice Autumn chill: 9 degrees Celsius, 48 degrees Fahrenheit. Layered up with long sleeves, gloves and soft shell for shits and giggles. Back in the game after taking the weekend off...again. Completed the 4.17 miles in a slowish 40:33 for a sub-sonic 9:44 min/mile average pace. Winter weather looms. Mahalo.
