0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Inaugurated another week of quality running with an abridged four-mile maintenance run. Cool and Windy: 48 degrees Fahrenheit (9 Celsius) with a strong breeze out of the South. Long-sleeves and shorts. Completed the 4.28 miles in 41:44 for a 9:45 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
