0645 hrs. Dawn Patrol with the Doctora. Slow and Low that is the tempo. Solid effort in spite of missing my off ramp at mile 6. Drenched. Temp was was a warm 78 degrees (26 degrees Celsius) with the relative humidity off the chart. Completed the 7.82 miles in a super sub-sonic 1:37:27 for an average pace of 12:28 min/mile. Mahalo.
