0700 hrs. Dawn Patrol, Saturday edition. Another hot and humid morning run through increasingly familiar territory. The temperature was 75 degrees Fahrenheit (24 degrees Celsius) with 90% relative humidity. Ran with the Doctora. Completed the 3.35 miles in 42:13 for an average pace of 12:35 min/mile. Mahalo.
