0700 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Saturday morning with the Doctora. Extended the go-to loop for a nice 10k. It was a bit warm (76 degrees Fahrenheit,  24 degrees Celsius) and humid (85%) with absolutely no breeze of which to speak. Completed the 6.00 miles in 1:16:10 for a 12:41 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
