1730 hrs. Trail Master Blues Revisited. Hit the backcountry trails to a manageable 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius) and 80% humidity. A solid run through increasingly familiar territory. Rocked the Hip Hop Mix for S and Gs and a nice change of pace. Completed the 4.02 miles in 48:43 for a 12:08 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
