1430 hrs. Road Work Revisited. Back on asphalt for the first time in months. There is definitely a difference in terms of cadence, form, and mentality from trail running. It actually felt good getting back on the road for a bit. Hit the road to 64 degrees Fahrenheit (18 degrees Celsius) and a big-time breeze. Long-sleeves and shorts. Lithium Mix on the Box.
