1800 hrs. First run of the month. Still missing the constant rhythm of the road. Hit the trail to perfect conditions: cool, damp, overcast, and beautiful. Temp was a manageable 59 degrees Fahrenheit (15 degrees Celsius) with a nice, steady breeze from the West. Lithium Mix on the box.  Completed the 3.30 miles in a pedestrian 40:05 for a 12:08 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
