0800 hrs. Back to back. The 1980's Revisited on the box. Out the door to a pleasant 66 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius), semi-overcast skies, and a slight breeze. Completed the 4.09 miles in 40:15 for a 9:51 min/mile average pace. Per Runkeeper, this was my 295th fastest four-mile run! First month with double-digit runs since October. Mahalo.
