0900 hrs. Out the door to 26 degrees Celsius (79 degrees Fahrenheit) with 90% RH and overcast skies. Lithium Mix on the box. Long-sleeves and shorts. Completed the 2.30 miles in 22:49 for a sub-sonic 9:55 min/mile average pace. Finished the week with seven miles on three runs--two more weeks at this level before moving into 5k territory.
