0930 hrs. Wednesday maintenance run through familiar territory. Warm (69 degrees Fahrenheit, 21 degrees Celsius) and humid (90% RH) with a cloudless, blue sky. Punk on the box. Completed the 2.29 miles in 23:56 for a pedestrian 10:28 min/mile average pace. Shaved a minute off of Monday's time. Getting my legs back may take some time--no structural issues to convey. Mahalo.
