0700 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Out the door at the appointed hour--temp was a manageable 72 degrees Fahrenheit (22 degrees Celsius) with 80% RH. Van Halen on the box...little did I know. Continuing to limit the miles as the build continues. Completed the 2.27 miles in 23:02 for a 10:10 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
