1730 hrs. It's getting hot here in North Florida. The 15th run of the cycle saw temps in the 90s for the first time this year. It was 91degrees Fahrenheit (33 degrees Celsius) with 80% RH. Broke out the First Wave Mix for S and Gs. Completed the 4.45 miles in 48:48 for a 10:58 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
