1900 hrs. Tom Brown Park for a change of scenery. 17th run for the cycle. Back on the trail after taking five weeks off. Hit the road to high heat (90 degrees Fahrenheit, 32 degrees Celsius) with obnoxiously high humidity (90% RH) and a slight, almost negligible breeze. Completed the 3.23 miles (5k) in 38:53 for a sub-sonic 12:03 min/mile pace. Nirvana on the Box. Will ease back into the grind. Mahalo.
