1800 hrs. The 26th run of this cycle. Another hot and humid post-thunderstorm trail run through familiar territory. The trail was muddy, slick, and slightly treacherous in certain parts. The temp was 84 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius) with 60% RH. Completed the 4.53 miles in 51:37 for 11:24 min/mile pace. B-Sides on the Box. Mahalo.
