1800 hrs. Summer in North Florida. A very warm, overcast, humid trail run on the Western loop. It was the 27th run of the cycle. The temp was a relatively manageable 80 degrees Fahrenheit (27 degrees Celsius) with 60% humidity. Lithium Mix on the Box. Completed the 4.39 miles in 51:02 for an 11:37 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
