1800 hrs. Trail Running Bliss. The 7th run of the cycle. Hot 81 degrees Fahrenheit (27 degrees Celsius) with a slight breeze. Low RH. Low Carbohydrate intake. Lithium on the Box. Solid run through familiar territory. Completed the 4.68 miles in 53:22 for a sub-sonic 11:24 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
