1800 hrs. 8th run of the cycle. Overcast and humid, Post-Thunderstorm Blues. Lithium on the Box. My legs are returning—cadence, breathing, and balance, as well. The recent rains have made the West Loop more challenging. Completed the 4.72 miles in 55:01 for an 11:40 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
