1800 hrs. Trail Running Bliss. 9th Run of the Cycle. Heat and Humidity rule the day. Temp was a muggy 85 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius) with 80% RH. Lithium on the Box. Took last week off due to an URI. Mucosal Madness. Solid, in spite of the Fear and Loathing. Completed the 4.75 miles in 56:50 for a pedestrian 11:59 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
