1700 hrs. 7th Run of the Cycle. The inaugural father-daughter run; abridged as not to kill the 12-year old. Slow and Low...nice and easy. Sans Music. Nice being out on the trail with the Princesa. Completed the 2.02 miles in 22:48 for a sub-sonic 11:19 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
