I have almost no recollection of last Tuesday's run. Five and change through familiar territory.  No issues. Friday's run was a beautiful and hot and humid six-miles through the heart of DC.  The Rock Creek Park running trail is absolutely world-class!  The only downer was the complete lack of water on the trail.  I thought a heatstroke was imminent.  By far the warmest run (temps in the mid-90s) in a very long time.  Next time I'll bring my own H2O!  GPS coverage was non-existent, so I don't have hard data for the run. Thirty-minutes out, thirty-minutes back. Six-miles is a conservative estimate...
