1200 hrs. Long run. Overcast and grey, cool temps (56 degrees Fahrenheit, 13 degrees Celsius) with a steady drizzle throughout. Extended the route to get the illustrious "long run" tag, which, for this author, is double-digit miles. Layered up with long-sleeves and shorts. Lithium Mix on the box. Completed the 10.01 miles in 1:45:06 for a 10:30 min/mile pace. Solid work. Mahalo.
