0645 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Cool 47 degrees Fahrenheit (8 degrees Celsius) with a slight breeze from the north. Layered up with long-sleeves, shorts, gloves, and a soft shell. Felt a bit of residual stiffness from Saturday's ten miles. Completed the 3.40 miles in 34:52 for a sub-sonic 10:16 min/mile pace.
