0630 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Monday morning run through familiar territory. 50 degrees Fahrenheit (10 degrees Celsius) with a slight breeze from the north. Layered up with shorts, long-sleeves, soft shell, and gloves. Completed the 3.37 miles in 32:05 for a 9:32 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
