0830 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Beautiful morning run through familiar territory. Hit the trail to 53 degrees Fahrenheit (12 degrees Celsius), a slight breeze from the west, and the promise of more heat and humidity looming. Summer will soon be here, only to render morning runs like today's a distant memory. Layered up with long-sleeves and shorts. Lithium Mix on the box. Completed the 6.10 miles in 1:01:55 for a 10:09 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
