0800 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Out the door for the first time in two weeks. A self-imposed respite proved to be good for the soul...and my body! Hit the trail to a warm 72 degrees Fahrenheit (22 degrees Celsius) and 80% humidity. Summer looms. Short-sleeves and shorts moving forward. Lithium Mix on the box. Completed the 5.04 miles in 50:19 for a 9:59 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
