0530 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Marine Layer Fog. A muggy 68 degrees Fahrenheit (20 degrees Celsius) with 85% humidity. Short sleeves and shorts. Completed the 3.36 miles in 34:12 for a sub-sonic 10:11 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
