0540 hrs. Dawn Patrol. With the Doctora. Out the door to Marine Layer Fog and a muggy 74 degrees Fahrenheit (23 degrees Celsius). Completed the 3.43 miles in 39:45 for an 11:36 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
