0530 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Out the door to 67 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius) and a slight breeze from the west. Long sleeves and shorts. Completed the 3.40 miles in 32:57 for a 9:42 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
