0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Memorial Day. Met with 71 degrees Fahrenheit (22 degrees Celsius) and 50% humidity as the Doctora and I hit the road. The lingering heat wave continues, as does the dedication to the Process! Completed the 3.45 miles in 41:48 for a 12:07 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
